• Our secured PayPal site can easily process your payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

• By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 8.75%

• Any Discount Coupon needs to be applied at the time of sale.  A coupon cannot be applied to a prior sale.

Return Policy

All sales from Kids Music Tunes are Final. Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement. To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD:

• Send an email to service@kidsmusictunes.com and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your full name, address and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is damaged or defective. We will review your claim and send a replacement within 3 business days.
• Repack the damaged/defective product just as you received it and return it to us.
• Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 30 days of the original order. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD(s) work perfectly.
