Are the voices on the CD actually those of the real characters pictured?

Yes, absolutely! The content of each CD was recorded live in a professional sound studio with the actual character actors from each brand, so you and your child will recognize the voices for an incredibly personal experience!

Do I need a computer to play the music?

No, the personalized CDs will play in any home or car CD player as well as in
computer CD drives.

I can't find my child's name. What should I do?

First, try searching the entire list. The name you are looking for may be under a different spelling. There are many different ways to spell Giselle, for example. It might be listed as Gisele, Giselle, Gizelle, Jiselle, Jizelle, etc and the pronunciation is all the same (jeh-ZELL). You can modify the spelling of any of the names. If you are unable to find your child’s name, you can submit a “request for consideration” for our next CD project by emailing Customer Service

Why can't you make a custom CD for my child's unique name?

Each of the names we have available was recorded live in the studio with the actual character actors from each brand. It takes a massive amount of time and a huge financial investment to record each new product. We do try and add new names with each new CD, but it’s just not possible to have every name imaginable recorded with every actor. Have you thought about using one of our nicknames or a middle name?

When will you add new CDs?

We are continually working to expand our product line. We have a history of adding at least one new CD each year. Feel free to visit the site often to see what’s new!

Can you ship directly to my niece, nephew (or other recipient)?

Yes, we can ship your order to any address you specify – “gift” shipment will NOT contain an invoice – you will receive your invoice by email only. Please let us know if you desire a “gift” shipment.

Can I ship CD’s to more than one address?

No, unfortunately our system through PayPal only allows one ship to address for security reasons.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact each CD is personalized and created just for your order, they are not refundable. Should you receive a defective CD, please return it within 30 days for a replacement at no charge.

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order will be processed within three business days.  It will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  USPS estimates an average of 2-4 days for delivery.  You should receive your CDs within 3-7 days of placing your order.
